Understanding your business goals is a major factor in carrying out an effective SEO campaign. The discovery call will allow us to find out more about what you’re doing and how we can best support it.
The main goal of the discovery call is to determine if we’re a good fit for each other.
The discovery call will help us with key information such as:
- Understand you and your business and what you are trying to acheive
- Listen to what keywords you think might be the best fit for you
- Do a competitor analysis and show you what they have done to get to where they are and how you can do the same
- Work out timelime on what it will take to get you the results you desire.

Keyword Research
If we both agree that we’re a good fit on the discovery call, then we’ll move onto phase two which is keyword research.
This happens seemlessly behind the scenes and must be completed prior to our proposal call.
Our team does an extensive amount of research and analysis during this phase, based off the information we gathered on the discovery call.
We will find the “lowest hanging fruit” aka easiset keywords to rank for with low competition and mid-high search volume that competing businesses/websites have overlooked.
Once identified we’ll cherry-pick the ones which are a good fit for you (based on what you’ve told us on the discovery call).
You pick your competitors when you pick your keywords so this research stage is critical and has a big influence on the budgets required.

The Proposal
Once we’ve found the perfect keywords for your campaign, you can expect a comprehensive video proposal call with us. We’ll go through all of our findings and learn how we will get you first page rankings in Google!
On the call we will:
- We’ll cover what makes a great SEO campaign. We’ll go over the fundamentals and you’llget an understanding of how we will create your successful strategy!
- We’ll uncover our keyword research findings and what we think will get you the best reuslts in the shortest time possible.
- Give you a live demo of the tools we use to make sure your campaign is on track, and explain about our reporting process.
- To help you get the most out of your campaign, we will recommend different monthly investments depending on what kind or result you want.
- Run over our terms of service with you and explain why we don’t want to tie you down.

Welcome aboard email
Once you give our team the go-ahead, you will get a detailed email from Rob which will have:
- A link where we can schedule a call to go over the next steps and strategy for the upcoming months.
- a welcome form which will need to be completed which will give us crucial information such as best email address to receive our monthly reports, your website logins, and any Cpanel or hosting details.

Onboarding call
You will discuss with Rob what exactly what the next steps are and what the next few months looks like.
This is crucial as it will:
- Give you a thorough understanding of what will be happening before the campagin begins.
- To make sure that strategy is a perfect fit and ensure the it will give the desired results.
- Shows the client how they can monitor the campaign in real time. 24hours 7 days a week.
Audit and optimize phase
The next step is to run a detailed SEO audit on your website.
Starting with audit from day one will ensure that we’re not building upon a weak foundation.
Once this process is completed we will have an itemized list of exactly what needs fixing so that we can get your website ranking as fast as possible.
Common optimizations include:
- Creating and or optimizing title & heading tags, meta descriptions and website content.
- New page creation
- optimizing existing website content
- deleting dead weight pages
- transforming content into power pages if applicable
- internal linking to give your target pages an added boost
Usually these optimizations will have an immediate effect on your rankings.
Month 2 & beyond - Content creation, promotion and outreach
Now that your website is built upon strong foundations, free from errors and has a sound site structure, this inturn will start to build trust with Google that your website deserves to be ranked on the first page.
Now we get started with our off page optimizations such as:
- Looking at what content your competitors have already have and how we can create new content for your website that is better, more detailed and more appealing to the search user. Once the content is written we will ensure that the correct formatting is used with relvevant images and videos that enhance the user experience in particular focusing on dwell time and providing as much value as possible.
- Source link creators, relevant industry websites and blogs that write about your industry so we can perform various outreach campaings.
- Build high quality, niche relevant backlinks that actually move the ranking needle.
